Designed for Top-Opening Laundry Appliances
The Top Load Washing Machine Glass Lid is installed above a top-opening washing machine. It combines an exterior decorative surface, a viewing area, and customized structural connection points in one glass component.
The lid is suitable for standard top-load washing machines, intelligent top-load models, and other top-opening laundry appliances. It can be manufactured as a flat or curved glass lid. Rounded corners and special-shaped outer contours can also be produced according to the top-frame design.
Glass thickness is available from 3 mm to 4 mm. The final selection depends on the lid dimensions, support positions, and hinge structure. Overall dimensions, hinge locations, handle areas, transparent windows, and edge profiles can all be made according to the appliance drawing.
Printed Decoration and Transparent Areas
The glass surface can be printed with solid colors, gradient effects, decorative patterns, or masking borders. Transparent viewing areas can be retained in different sizes and shapes according to the product design.
A larger glass surface can reduce visual separation across the top of the appliance. It can also coordinate with the machine body, plastic frame, or metal decorative parts.
The transparent window allows users to view the operating condition inside the machine. Printed borders can cover the lid frame, connecting components, and other areas that are not intended to be displayed.
Edges can be precision ground, polished, and rounded. Local contour processing is also available for handles, rotating shafts, hinges, and other installation structures.
Development Based on Drawings or Samples
Wanhe Glass processes customized tempered glass panels for household appliances. Customer requirements for dimensions, curvature, window proportion, colors, and patterns can be incorporated into cutting, edge grinding, tempering, and automatic screen-printing operations.
Because top-load lids often have a relatively large surface and several assembly positions, the team checks the hinge areas, handle position, edge shape, and masking range during sample development. Production begins after the sample and order requirements are confirmed.
Finished-product inspection covers dimensions, thickness, edge condition, tempering quality, printed appearance, and overall surface condition. These checks provide a quality-control basis for different appliance models and repeat orders.
Order Quantities, Lead Time and Packing

The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. Standard products normally require at least 15 days for production. Customized orders generally start from approximately 10–20 days, depending on the outer shape and printing content.
Volume production follows the approved sample and confirmed order standard. A 100% final inspection is conducted before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
The glass is normally packed in wooden cases. Packing details can be adjusted to reduce the risk of damage during handling and transportation.
