For this reason, the panel normally uses low-thermal-expansion glass ceramic rather than ordinary tempered glass. It is suitable for single-zone electric cooktops, multi-zone radiant cooktops, built-in radiant cooking appliances, tea stoves, and other kitchen equipment using resistance-based radiant heating.

The panel thickness must be selected according to the heating power, glass area, supporting structure, and complete appliance testing requirements.

Available outer shapes include square, rectangular, rounded-corner, and customized profiles.

 

Heating Ring Designs and Warning Areas

 

The glass surface can be printed with single-ring, double-ring, or multi-zone heating graphics. These markings identify the actual heating areas and suitable cookware positions.

The control section can include rotary-knob markings, touch icons, display windows, and residual-heat warning areas. Colors and decorative patterns can also be adjusted according to the appliance exterior.

The flat glass ceramic surface is convenient for removing spilled soup, oil, and food residue. It can be combined with mechanical knobs or touch-control systems.

Because electric radiant cooking directly heats the panel area, the material expansion characteristics, distance between the glass and heating element, support method, and printing positions must be verified with the complete appliance structure.

 

Project-Based Material Confirmation

 

Wanhe Glass can review the outer dimensions, heating-ring graphics, control area, rounded corners, and edge-processing requirements according to electric cooktop drawings or existing panel samples.

The available production processes include cutting, edge grinding, laser processing, screen printing, and finished-product inspection.

For low-thermal-expansion glass ceramic, material specifications, workable dimensions, edge-processing methods, and thermal-cycle requirements must be confirmed separately before sample production.

Quality control for the Electric Cooktop Glass Panel focuses on dimensions, edge condition, printing position, heating-ring graphics, and finished appearance. Final operating performance must be confirmed through complete appliance heating and temperature-cycle testing.

 

Procurement and Packing Information

 

OEM, ODM, and drawing-based customization are supported. Customized sample development normally takes about five days, while the actual schedule depends on material and processing confirmation.

The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. Customized production generally starts from approximately 10–20 days.

Photos or videos can be provided during production. A 100% final inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection can be accepted.

Finished products are normally packed in wooden cases. The protective structure can be adjusted according to the glass ceramic dimensions, quantity per case, and long-distance transportation requirements.

The standard payment arrangement is 50% in advance and 50% as the balance payment. EXW and FOB delivery terms are available.
