The Beverage Dispenser Glass Panel is used for beverage selection, machine status display, and front exterior decoration. It can be customized according to the number of beverage choices, button arrangement, display module, and liquid outlet structure.

The product is suitable for hot and cold beverage machines, juice dispensers, milk tea machines, automatic beverage equipment, food-service drink machines, and self-service beverage dispensers.

The glass can be used as a tempered decorative panel or a control panel. Its thickness can be selected from 3 mm to 4 mm according to the equipment structure, panel area, and installation method.

Rectangular, rounded-corner, and customized special-shaped profiles are available. Installation holes, button holes, slots, and local notches can be produced according to customer drawings.

Different beverage icons, function text, operating instructions, colored graphics, and masking layers can be screen printed on the panel. Partial transparent areas can be positioned for display screens, backlit characters, or status indicator lights.

Multiple beverage icons can be arranged on the same glass surface. This makes different selection functions easier to identify while maintaining a complete appearance across the front of the machine.

Printing patterns, colors, and button layouts can be adjusted for beverage machines with different numbers of drink options. Different control-area combinations can also be supported.

The Beverage Dispenser Glass Panel can be processed with precision-ground, polished, chamfered, or rounded edges. Holes and slots can be aligned with mechanical buttons, indicator lights, outlet structures, and the equipment housing.

The production process includes automatic cutting, CNC edge grinding, laser drilling, laser cutting, tempering, automatic screen printing, and finished-product inspection.

Because beverage machine panels may contain many icons, colored areas, and functional windows, the team confirms the outer dimensions, button holes, display windows, beverage graphics, text, and masking range before production.

After sample approval, volume manufacturing follows the confirmed order standard. Inspection covers hole positions, edge condition, printing completeness, color appearance, transparent windows, and finished surface quality.

OEM, ODM, function-icon customization, and decorative-pattern customization are available. A customized sample normally takes about five days.

The minimum order quantity for the Beverage Dispenser Glass Panel is 500 pieces. Customized production usually starts from approximately 10–20 days. The exact period depends on the outer-shape processing, number of holes and slots, and printing content.

A 100% final inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Photos or videos can be provided during production.

Finished panels are normally packed in wooden cases. EXW and FOB delivery terms are supported.
