Light-transmission effects, mask boundaries, and the assembly structure are reviewed before automatic cutting, CNC edging, laser drilling or cutting, full tempering, and screen printing. Quality personnel inspect dimensions, thickness, openings, edges, printing, clear zones, and appearance, then verify actual backlight performance on the sample.

Window quantity, icon content, print layers, and irregular machining affect lead time. Photos or video can document the order, every panel is inspected before shipment, and third-party verification is welcome. Long, curved, and irregular panels receive different internal crate supports for continued series supply.
