It is suited to kitchen, refrigeration, laundry, tea-and-beverage, bathroom, and smart-home equipment. Compared with a large display cover, this product places greater emphasis on key operation and backlit symbols. It uses appliance-grade tempered glass with a 3-4 mm reference thickness, selected according to sensing structure, panel span, and mounting method.

Internal wiring is less visible in standby mode, while the symbols become readable through local transparent areas when the backlight turns on. Flat, curved, slim-strip, and irregular panels can all be manufactured. Reducing mechanical openings also makes kitchen grease, laundry moisture, and fingerprints easier to clean.
Sampling begins with key centers, sensing distance, icon dimensions, backlight coverage, border width, and installation gap. Cutting, edging, tempering, and printing follow the approved layout. Wanhe Glass uses the stated ISO 9001 control process to examine outline dimensions, thickness, edge finish, ink coverage, transmitted-light position, tempering result, and cosmetic condition. Feedback from touch testing on the complete appliance can then be used to refine the design before mass production.
touch sensitive glass supports OEM, ODM, and sample-based customization. The sample lead time is usually about five days, the minimum order is 500 pieces, and production generally starts from 10-20 days. The approved sample governs the batch, with a 100% pre-shipment check and optional third-party inspection. Repeat orders with unchanged drawings and printing may be scheduled faster. Wooden-crate or customer-specified packing is available; payment is normally 50% deposit and 50% balance, with EXW and FOB terms supported.
