Glass cleaning machines are specialized equipment used in the pre-processing of glass, such as mirror making, vacuum coating, tempering, hot bending, and insulated glass assembly, to clean and dry the glass surface. A glass cleaning machine mainly consists of a transmission system, brushing, clean water rinsing, pure water rinsing, cold and hot air drying, and an electrical control system. Depending on user needs, medium and large-sized glass cleaning machines may also be equipped with manual (pneumatic) glass tilting trolleys and inspection light sources.
When a brush-type glass cleaning machine is in operation, the flat glass is placed on the machine and carried into the brushing chamber by transmission rollers. There, it is brushed by water-sprayed brushes, then rinsed with pure water in the rinsing chamber, and finally placed in the drying chamber where a special high-pressure blower completely removes the water film, achieving a clean and dry finish.
