Glass Door Surface for Different Freezer Structures
The glass cooler fridge is used on chest freezers, upright freezers, commercial frozen-storage cabinets, and other low-temperature equipment with a visible door structure. It can provide an internal viewing area, an exterior decorative surface, and protection for the outside of the door.
The glass can be manufactured in flat, curved, or special-shaped forms according to the door frame, opening method, and overall equipment design. A reference thickness of 3–4 mm can be selected based on the door dimensions, supporting structure, and application requirements.
Length, width, corner radius, handle position, installation area, and edge contour can be customized from customer drawings or an existing door sample.
Transparent Windows and Printed Borders
A large transparent area can be used when clear internal visibility is required. Local masking printing, decorative patterns, or printed perimeter borders can also be added.
The clear section allows users to view food and stored items inside the freezer. This may reduce the need to open the door simply to check the available stock.
A printed border can cover door-frame sections, adhesive areas, fixing components, and other non-display structures. The glass dimensions, transparent-window proportion, and decorative pattern can be adjusted for different freezer capacities and product series.
The glass cooler fridge can be designed for sliding doors, flip-up lids, or side-hinged doors. Edge-processing options include precision grinding, polishing, chamfering, and CNC contour processing.
Technical Confirmation Before Production
Wanhe Glass supports freezer door glass development from technical drawings, existing samples, and installation requirements. Production processes include automatic cutting, CNC edge grinding, laser drilling, laser cutting, tempering, and automatic screen printing.
Because freezer door panels may be relatively large and contain several frame connection areas, the team confirms the outer dimensions, corner radius, handle area, installation edges, transparent range, and printed-border width before production.
The approved drawing and sample are used as the basis for volume manufacturing. Inspection covers dimensions, thickness, edge condition, tempering quality, printing results, and finished appearance. This process helps reduce the risk of assembly differences between the glass and the door frame.
Order Execution and Delivery Support
OEM, ODM, drawing-based production, and sample-based development are supported. A customized sample normally takes about five days.
The minimum order quantity for the glass cooler fridge is 500 pieces. Customized production generally starts from approximately 10–20 days. The exact delivery period depends on the glass dimensions, curved structure, hole positions, and printing content.
Photos or videos can be provided during production. A 100% final inspection is performed before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
Finished panels are normally packed in wooden cases. Protective measures can be adjusted according to the door area, container-loading method, and long-distance transportation requirements. EXW and FOB delivery terms are available.
