Decorative Surface for Different Refrigerator Series
The glass face refrigerator is developed for the exterior design of refrigerator doors. Colors, textures, patterns, and partial transparent effects can be used to create different product appearances.
The panel is made from tempered glass for household appliances. It is suitable for colored refrigerators, built-in cooling equipment, hotel room refrigerators, cosmetic storage refrigerators, and other appliances that place particular importance on the exterior door design.
Glass thickness can be selected from 3 mm to 4 mm according to the door structure. Length, width, corner radius, chamfered edges, holes, and special-shaped profiles can all be manufactured according to the product design drawing.
Multiple Color and Pattern Options
Screen-printing options include solid colors, gradients, dark colors, light colors, and customized colors. Lines, floral patterns, geometric textures, and local decorative graphics can also be applied.
The flatness and surface finish of the glass support a clean, modern door appearance. Printed areas can cover adhesive zones, fixing areas, and other internal structures.
The same pattern can be proportionally adjusted for doors with different dimensions. This makes it possible to maintain a related appearance across multi-door, side-by-side, and different-capacity refrigerator models.
For doors with a display area, the panel can also be designed with a partial transparent window and masking border. Straight edges, rounded corners, chamfered areas, special-shaped edges, and customized holes are available.
Printing Confirmation and Appearance Inspection
Decorative refrigerator panels require clear confirmation of printing colors, pattern positions, and finished appearance. Wanhe Glass operates automatic cutting, CNC edge grinding, tempering, and automatic screen-printing production processes.
Before production, the team confirms the glass dimensions, pattern proportion, printing range, and edge-processing method. The approved color, texture, border, and graphic design are first applied to the sample and then transferred to volume production.
Inspections for the glass face refrigerator cover dimensions, thickness, tempering results, printing completeness, and overall appearance. Technical, quality, and customer service personnel can follow sample approval, production progress, and delivery arrangements.
Custom Orders and Repeat Purchasing
Products can be developed from technical drawings, design files, or physical samples. A customized sample normally takes about five days.
The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, and customized production normally starts from approximately 10–20 days. Volume orders are produced according to the confirmed colors, patterns, and product requirements.
A 100% final inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Large-volume orders are quoted according to the specific product and contract requirements.
When the dimensions, pattern, and processing method remain unchanged, repeat-order delivery arrangements may be relatively faster. The glass face refrigerator is normally packed in wooden cases or in customized packing suitable for the required transportation method. EXW and FOB delivery terms are supported.
